I have recharged for 10month+ 2mnths free subscription package in the month of july 2015 but it was converted in daily package dont know how and only god can tell.
I wanted watch a movie and ordered to watch for Rs 75/- but it never started and infact you guys have cut the amount.
I called n number of times but no one responded properly and I insisted to talk to the immediate supervisor and their response was sorry could forward your call as supervisor is busy. This is the response an executive gives to a customer.
Such a useless customer care I have experienced and I need to cancel my account asap. I dont care about the money and I see to it that this goes viral.
