Airtel has kept a foolish Engineers. Who come for installing the set top box. Ask us to recharge the account with yearly subscription.
After that they are not knowing the primary settings too.
They take Rs. 250 for first visit this amount is valid on yearly basis(this is mentioned on their website) also this amount is taken in cash no receipt.
After calling several times there is no response from the so called engineer.
Above that Airtel CUSTOMER CARE representative says you will be charged visit charge of Rs. 150/- more.
What a CARELESS SERVICE is this?
It was not at all expected from AIRTEL.
