I had did recharge on 6th july for 285 rs as per the channels and package decided monthly but tomorrow on 26th july the had suspended the cable, and when I called to complain about the service, they said that one another channel got activated and we have to recharge again for 150 rs, and as I said we had not said to start the extra channel, so they are ready to refund 34 rs but to start again we have to do the 150 rs recharge, airtel is the worst DTH service, I have ever seen, they just use the customers, I am to viral this and and will raise the complain to Consumer care,
