Couple of months back I took family sport pack but didn't get all the promised channels which were promised.
I am keep following up with customer care but they are begging time to solve the issue. Some time they don't even pi
ck up the phone. When I asked to reimburse my money for the channels they have charged and not yet activated in my package, they simply denied it and didn't give any alternate option either. This is third month and my issue is still not sorted. I am now fed up with following up with airtel customer care folks.
Think twice if you are planning to go for this service.
