I have used airtel dth for one year. After one year I have changed the set top box.
Airtel DTH provides the very bad service to the customer. The channels which are free to air, airtel charged for then also.
The most worst tging of the airtel is they are charging Rs. 15 for late recharge. If one day will be delayed they are charging for this.
And if any kind of problem occurs they re not sending any engineer to us in time.
And they are also chagring for that.
And as phone service they activate any channel by their own. And charge for that also.
The good point only is it has good picture and sound quality.
Most worst Service.
