We have asked for in installation and installing in another location due to house change two days before the vacating process. Git the reply as 1pm, 4pm, 7pm but no one has even called in 24hrs. Called again and again, was kept in hold for almost 50minutes. This happened 4times . Waste of almost 200rupees.of my phone bill.
Again called after vacating and shifting to new house, still no one has turned up . There is no way to get the old dish Tv back, so called to disconnect the old one .
Delay was made by airtel people, but they are suggesting us to get new dish Tv connection paying 600and taxes.
This was completely their fault of not responding inthe time they said and giving suggestions extra money.
We are helpless yelling on customer care for three continuous days. This is the worst service I ever had from airtel.
I feel like banging the dish with an iron rod. Such an irresponsible customer care people .
My humble suggestions, please don't get airtel dish connection .
Now we are planning to disconnect it .
