They are just pushing their HD upgradation on customer by providing offers and after upgradation they denied for that.
At the time of upgradation they(customer care executives) told me that u r eligible for 3 month free recording and 4 month 20 HD channels free, after upgradation I got 20 HD channels but didn't get recording facility. Therefore when I call customer care first they raise my complaint for that and afterwords they denied for recording facility.
