AIRTEL DIGITAL SERVICE has one of the worst service. Consumer complaints are never handled on priority. I have registered a complaint 2 days ago but still no engineer or Airtel representative has bothered to resolve it. Have given them multiple calls but every customer care executive has same reply to "wait for 24hrs". Its best to get other DTH services.
