Airtel digital is the most pathetic. I have been using it unfortunately but I highly recommend for NOT using it. Its service is poor, signal reception is poor. Channels go offline without any notice.
I started with 140 pm. plan 3 years ago, today it is Rs 275 pm.(80% increase) in fares.
This is without any warnings and justification.
Customer care is stupid and arrogant. First you need to wait in Q for atlest 10-20 minutes before some one answers you and then they will disconnect your call for no reason.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. Its useless. Government should suspend their license. I want to rate it 0.5 star but I don't have an option to do so.
