Their service standards are painfully low.
Everytime you call them for support, you wait for avg 7 mts to get to a rep to talk.
They don't stick to promised timelines. When they say 3 hrs .it's 3 days.
When you ask for a manager to escalate on the issues that are persisting for long, they are either not around or busy. When you insist, they promise to arrange a call back. U bet, you will never receive any call back.
I am experiencing bad signal problems for close to a month now & nobody really care to sort this out. I would have made a dozen calls so far.
Their standard answer is'tomm it will be done for sure".
