I want to share a bad experience with Airtel Digital TV.
I am using Airtel Digital TV from last 8 years and usually recharge my AirTel digital TV for one month. But I got a call from Chennai office+91 44 49280 9600. The lady told me that there is offer for me. If I recharge with Rs. 2045, I will get one year subscription on this amount. They will send an SMS after recharge and it will also reflect in my account immediately after recharge.
I waited for 24 hours but it one year subscription is not reflected. It just shows 6 month recharge only.
I checked with there customer help desk. According to them there is no such offer but the Chennai number is valid. They are not ready to do anything on it. I feel they have cheated me.
