I am writing review because of irresponsible service from Airtel DTH. They have taken complaint regarding video problem and assigned to an so called engineer.
Man came and charged 150/ for service.Actually he could not diagnose problem ad went away.2nd time I did complained for same reason and same guy came and wasted 1 hour.
He went back without taking charge.When I rang up in customer care, she told to pay 150 again for same problem which was never solved.I protested for that and call referred to senior who was busy and promised to call back.So hopefully he will not call back .please disconnect my DTH connection, if you cant solve issues.id no.3002124551.
