HELLO everyone. I'm telling you about my own experience regarding AIRTEL DTH. For the last 3 years I've been continuing with this very DTH service provider. To be very honest I'm sharing my mix view point on this product.
Picture & Sound Quality: This service provider is good in it. As I told you that I'm using this one for the last 3 ears, I feel good when I watch my TV. Though I'm not a regular TV viewer but I can say it gives you GOOD Picture and Sound Quality. If you want to switch to HD then it matters. Overall for Picture & sound quality One can go with it.
Service & Support: Here a question arise. How is the Service & support after sales? My experience was not cool. At the time of my relocation I called them at their help desk, and they note down my issues. But Their engineers were not cooperative enough. Some of them does not know proper procedure and few are really bad in manners. For me AIRTEL has poor Service and Support in their DTH section.
Value for Money: If you ask me to say in one line, I would say'Not a Value for Money' product. It increases monthly pack charges without prior notices. If you do yearly packages then you can get a rebate, otherwise being a middle class family you can not afford it.
I have a mix reaction and I've shared that.
