Worst experience with the customer care center.they even not been trained properly to speak with customer. Simply misguide the problem, I am struggling to get re-active my dth from last 5 days don't know. stupid reason they give and they say - "will talk to back end team and they will call back soon" arey yaar to talk with back end team get reconnected they need 4+ days we are in 21st century and top of that they give very beautiful ETA by today by 6:30 pm .after 6:30 tomorrow 11:00 am worst service I ever seen.
=I just say never go with AIRTEL DTH service is very poor=
