Just upgrade from hd set up box to hd dvr. Called on 15th oct.today is 19th. Now I have set top box of hd dvr and no channels showing off aince last two days.old set top bix picked up. Three engineers, one senior executive, several calls and compliant numbers, explain same issue many numbe of times in all call conversations, again repeat it to sr executive.repeat this once more if call disconnect in between.no jokes.all calls are recorded for training purpose.mine will be case study. Now paid 4000 rupees. Spent many hours and no service. Do I need to explain readers further. Shame!
