Hi,
I been a 4 year subscriber of airtel. And recently I came to know about a very bad work policy from Airtels end.
They have a provision to make payment for your pack via their portal.Attached images. where clearly validity is mentioned as 1 month. But in reality they substitute it within 16days of recharge and, the TV screen pops up every 15 day to recharge again. Me being so long associated with airtel used to recharge thinking the monthly quota has got over. PFA the image showing the monthly recharges made on the certain package. Hence I been ending up paying almost 750 a month for no SD channel and some stupid topups .way to loot isnt it.
So I wish all the customers please check they arent making a fool of the customers.
When I checked with their customer service.I came to know that they have added certain packages which are never requested by me and been substituting those aswell. When enquired why trhey didnt send a invoice, service personal says "WE DONT HAVE INVOICING!" Hence they have literaly looted me for almost a year in this regard.
