Hello All, I have raised a complaint for reallocation of my connection 2 days back. They said it will be done in 24hrs, they have a assigned a executive. He said that he will come down in 1hr after which he has switched off his mobile and never came to do the assigned work. I have raised a request again for which they said they will call me in 4hrs but they didnt called me instead closed the ticket directly. I have called up the customer care again and now they say that they have raised another ticket and service back end team will call back me. Its been 2 days without the connection and they are deducting money from current balance. The service team is irresponsible and they never care about the end user, didnt expected such service from Airtel.
