Airtel Digital TV is well known for Quality and a Leading Telecommunication company provides us High end quality Pictures for their users. They will also provides the HD channels for those who subscribes.
It is Best for quality but as well as the worst company for providing Signals to the dishes. I am getting so many problems with this Airtel DTH set top box from the beginning. Airtel Digital is also very Costly comparing to other DTH services.
It will never work when the Climate comes to Darkness and if it Rainy season, then this Box never receives the Signals properly and Customer services also helpless at that situation.
If you have raised a complaint on Airtel about facing the Signal related issues they will respond you after two days. So, there is no useful for us to give a complaint to them. It's also waste of time for everyone.
So Finally, Airtel only Provides the Quality of Picture but rest of the Services all are Worst like providing a Good customer Service, Signal Strength etc., and I think it is not deserved for gaining good customer feedback.
