They have worst service centre.they do not visit place even after calling for days in case of problems. Signal problems are regular. Also we noticed one thing is that, if you opt for HD then same channel with normal definition looks very bad, making you to keep paying for HD.
And once you stop all HD subscription then same channel with normal definition looks clear and flawless. Sound and picture quality is decent enough. But I would say go for any other digital tv than airtel.service centre sucks!
