I installed airtel digital tv in 2014 with an intention of getting my favorite channels and a better picture quality I bought the same with one years offer package and for 300days I used it without any problem and I was happy for that duration , picture and sound quality both were much better than what our local cable operators provide .
The real problem started after the expiry of the offered package . I recharged it again for three months with Rs250 pack but my favorite sports channel ESPN was missing as it happened due to the mistake from the side of retailer .
I contacted CC while getting intouch with the CC executive it took them 45 minutes and they assured me to activate mentioned channel in 1 hour at night I tried tunning in to ESPN it was not available instead of ESPN they activated neo sports , at 10 : 30 am of next day I again waited for near about an hour to get in touch with CC and I was again assuered of the same but this time no channel was activated and my balance was deducted , the process of contacting them circulated for a no. Of days and they were unable to get the solution of my problem and at last i, e after 15days I contacted them and asked for the help of a senior executive of CCS after his assurance and my patience of two days they finally activated it .
