Airtel is not a good service provider now these days. They are charging too much for each and every services as compared to other Digital services provider like Tata, Videocon etc.
They changed my signal capture device and charged 400 Rs. While the others are changing in 200-250 Rs, which is too much.
And second thing, When I requested to customer care to changed my plan from 285 Rs to 199. They did not changed my plan and when I further complained. They told me, it will changed from the next month. How ridiculous, looks like they forcefully taking my money.
Please don't buy the Airtel DTH. Its too costly, less channels with poor services.
