Hello friends, today I am going to review Airtel digital TV one of dth operater in India.as Airtel has launched various service like mobile operater, dth operater, Data provider and recently Airtel payment Bank.but today I will discuss it's dth operater.
First of all its monthly package is very high as compared to others.it nearly costs about RS 300 per month without sports channels.when we want to add sports channels which costs around RS 150.so it costs about RS 450 per month if we want to avail both packages.
Its picture and sound quality is not so good. sometimes it loses its signal and that creates the all problem.it looks very longer time to retain it's signal.so it really disappoints in this way.
Its recharge cannot provide us any cash back on paytm, freecharge or other recharge providers.so it costs more as compared to other dth providers which offers higher cash back on paytm and other recharge providers.
It comes with cheap plastic made of camera along with signal antenna which is not fully metallic.so it's screw gets broken while tighten the whole signal antenna.so it has very short life.
Customer care service is not so good.it can only be accessed by Airtel mobile while other operaters takes charges for calling Airtel digital TV.so communication with them costs us charges.
Hence discussing with above points I didn't find it value for money as it lacks in picture quality and takes higher charges.its hd and hd plus set top box are also very expensive.so I never recommend it.
