I have been a customer of Airtel across multiple platform - mobile, landline, broadband and DTH. However, DTH customer service is worst in terms of accountability, responsibility and sensitivity. Not only they talk like a robot, they are very inefficient.
I logged a complaint of video problem on 4th april. No response till 7th, when I checked they said address Pincode was wrong so complaint was cancelled. How can you cancel and dont even bother to inform the customer?
I again gave complaint on 7th and nothing happens again on 8th. When I call they say no complaint have been registered! Very pathetic service and what surprises me that I had raised about such poor service to their MD through a mail almost 3 years back. Neither did I receive and acknowledgement nor did anything change! So I am not surprised it continues to be same old story. I continue with them as I am a satisfied customer of their all other services and I want to keep all with one operator.
Picture quality is ok.
