I have purchased a Samsung LED TV in which inbuilt airtel cam connection is installed. Last week I was facing issues regarding the non availability of all the channels except Channel no-99, 100, 121, 131 and 134. I have made a complaint on May 15, 2016 and called more than 25 times to the customer care but till now the issue has not been resolved. Four service engineers have visited for this issue but could not resolve the issue even once. But every time they closed the case without confirming from me.
How can they close the call without resolving the issue? Every time they registered the new complaint and the same thing happened again. I am not able to watch TV from past 7 days just because of your CARELESS ATTITUDE. I have wasted my precious time by calling these people again and again and still you guys are not even bothered to call me even once. I am highly dissatisfied with their careless approach.
