Airtel digital tv I am using personally. Its customer care service is sooo horrible, I cant mention. The customer service representatives are totally unprofessionals. They dont even know how to talk with customer, how to solve his problem. They take everything simple. Firstly the call does not connect easily , when it connects you have to talk with the duffers. Airtel should consider this matter seriously. Airtel is also keep on increasing its plan rates, so it has now gone very costly.
