I logged a compliant with Airtel Customer Care to fix Dish antenna and was assured that engineer will turn up till 6PM, when no one turned up.
I again called and was told that they will be sending engineer's contact and he will turn by EOD, no one turns up, I got engineer's contact at around 1AM, next morning I called that engineer and got reply that "I am leave", I again called Customer care and they said engineer will turn up till 6PM.
I continued to follow up with Care calling again and again, waiting for my turn on IVR for 10-15 minutes, and because of which I wasted money on calls, my time, my other scheduled tasks, ruined my mood, and then finally at night 8PM engineer turned up showing attitude to me that "I have been so late because of you".To heck with their services and Customer care representatives and engineer, no courtesy, no assurance, they don't know to speak in professional language, the rates are going high and service is going down, the way Airtel communication services went down, DTH is also on the path, and if this continues, they will be soon kicked out of the industry. I rate them 1 as Very Poor on a scale of 5.
