In one word worse service provider.I bought new Airtel digital tv connection on 18th Sep& after checked I observed that some channel is not subscribe so I requested them to activate it. Customer Care person told me all channels are free channel no cost required& it will be activated from our side.Now today is 20th Sep but still required channel is not activated.When I called they told it is activated from our side, pls check it is coming or not.I told error no 4 is coming, they customer person told that ok I can't solve it technical person will solve it. When I received technical person call, he told we can't do nothing talk to dealer only.Last 3 day I called atleast 15 times to customer but no solution.Airtel are just cheater& they are only know about money, not customer satisfaction.If u do like that your business will collapse soon.
