I had purchased a Airtel 4G Data Card. The executive of Airtel provided me the different sim.I got information about it 5 days after purchased it.
I tried to solve the problem with the Customer Care Executive.I was not able to connect 4G even after having the 4G sim.
I registered a query about it, Customer Care Executive told me that he'll solve by 2 days.I called Customer Care about the status after 2 days, he told me that it'll be done within next few hours.
I tried to log in after few hours and problem was still not solved.So after paying Rs.600/- the card was still not working and it was just of time and my money.
