I have been using the Airtel Data Card for 3 months now and I am unable to say that I had a good experience with Airtel. I bought a data card and recharged a pack of INR 549 which was in the menu of data packs. The airtel didn't gave me anything for the money I spend and I was showing 0.00 balance in it. I tried to contact the customer service and after a long wait of 45 minutes on the line, someone actually received my call. The gentleman talked to me for 15 minutes explaining that their server is not working properly and hence my card didn't received any balance. He explained me that the pack for which I had applied has been ended by their company and calmly handled my problem. He assured me an extra 10 Rs balance as the apologies by the company. I waited another 2 days but I didn't received any balance. At last on the 3rd day I got the top-up for my card but it didn't had any type of extra talktime of something.
I am not on about the 10 Rs. but the employee just gave some false statements to keep me calm and also the recharge was in the normal mode which was nothing as compared to what was expected from the plan. Also the internet speed is too slow that it takes 2 minutes to even open google.
I am not happy yet with their service and it has been 3 months so I will not recommend anyone to use this company for buying data cards and stuff.
