Airtel Data Card is Just spoiling their Brand name friends it is cheating to us. Actually I think airtel is busy with their 4g service connection that's why it might not have any time to look after the 3g service issues that everday peoples are feeling. Friends I bought a airtel datacard, along with a dongle, and used to recharge online, but everytime it was ok but when I recharged this time They accepted my money after 2 months but they didnot credited the data card, So I decided to complain about this to their service and support for 15 days, some worthless fellows were picking up their phone and told to me that the number is not in any use now, and if I gave another prepaid number they will credit the same into that Number. A crap Company!, Before of all this I would let you know that its speed you just cant imagine 40-50 kbps is their 3g speed which I used to get, very poor speed, even I can't open my gmail account also, a lot of time is required to load such that you can go and can complete your meal. Browsing speed is below average, and if the day is rainy day then don't expect that you can surf a single page in a whole day at that time they will show to you CONNECTION ERROR, the whole day you do they will give the same result. not only in rainy day sometimes they give the same result after you do surfing for more than 30 minutes then you have to again reload the connection. Not a reliable Data Card Company where the customer care Executive can't solve the problems of the people. Cant be trustable.!
