Ya right if anyone need fraud data pack and its service . call - Airtel . My data pack which is for 4G hotspot Under my data card Number ( or sim card number) is of Rs 999 . And prior to it I always have a recharge from either my Airtel app or some time from retailer. But most from my airtel app ( which is available on playstore) . Now mostly I have a monthly recharge of 1000Rs talktime in which full TT benifit is available ( I mean on recharge of 1000Rs their is full 1000Rs talktime I got) and plus Rs999 recharge for my net pack ( for dongal) which consists of 3G/4G net pack.


Now my data card is registered under prepaid section. Now for 1000Rs talktime I got full 1000Rs balance for my hotspot but for Rs999 net pack from last three month that is from September to uptill november I always use to get 4Gb / day data of their 3G/4G service.And after 4Gb ends it still work slowly at the speed of at least 30 to 70Kbps for 28 days ( which I notice as you could see on up of the screen to right at the side of wifi symbol it also displays speed of my 4G hotspot or wifi device) . As its speed is like real true 4G speed their is no complain on that matter but discussing about my plan of Rs999. Lastly on 10 december I get a notification in which under my data card number it was displaying once again the same plan that is ( for Rs999 recharge UL data of 4Gb/day) and as I have 1000Rs talktime already in my dongal Which was to prior of my recharge on 9 th December from parab retailer shop in my local area . So I have got full 1000Rs talktime on my data card number or sim card of airtel. Now as we all Know once when we go to a retailer sometimes how does they attract us and fool us buy forcing us to have data plan of more cost .So instead for a recharge from retailer shop I suggested my self to have recharge of Rs 999 from that 1000Rs talktime balance which consist in my data card. And on 11 december only I activated the plan especially on night near 7: 30pm. Now as I said before that on 10december their was notification of 999 Rs recharge which consist of 4Gb/day for 28 days ( i.e. 112 Gb for 28 days) . But after successfull recharge of Rs 999 after which their was still some 26.31Rs due to previous talktime balance of 25.31 Rs which was already their in my airtel data card and plus 1Rs from that 1000Rs talktime from which my data pack of Rs999 was activated. But after successfull recharge of Rs 999 instead of getting 112Gb data for 28days I got only 60Gb data of 3G/4G for 3 months. Which was really not fair. Now to solve this issue I call to their customer care number. The customer care get connected well and after some time their was somebody named Ameen ( I think it is their call center name) and discussed him to my issue about my Rs999 data plan . But he only said one thing to me Sorry , Sorry and Sorry from next time this will not happen with me. ( The customer care number is 1800 103 1111 which is already written beyond the airtel 4G hotspot box) . Now from their customer care what I was expecting from them that they will register my complain and solve my issue related to data pack ( of Rs999) but that man he did not even registered any complain under my dongal data card number and never replied through their sms support also.Only said two line : SORRY, SORRY, THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN FROM NEXT TIME. SO DOES THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT GIVEN TO THEIR CUSTOMER ? AND THIS IS THEIR DATA SERVICE SUDDENLY CHANGING OF THEIR PLAN WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEIR CUSTOMER ? Really this time very disappointment from Airtel attitude. Thank you.
