Hello All,
I have been using Airtel landline and broadband for last 7 years almost and I must say I am very much satisfied as compared to my earlier broadband providers like Sify, Bhaskar TV, Rainbow, Reliance and others. Always faced long downtime's and no response until you acted like angry drunk man and let loose volley of superlatives. In case of Sify avg was 15 days. Then I went for Airtel, and though the box in my line was full, they gave me connection from another lane.
And from day one Broadband speed, telephone services and support from customer care has been excellent. If I actually count down time( other then when my connection was suspended due to non payment:P) it is hardly 5 days in total. Never had issues with support as well, which was and is very prompt and on schedule as per given time frame. Yes it is required some times when wire is broken or stretched due to either big birds or kites stuck in it.
My experience overall is fantastic and tension free. If I had to recommend someone then it is Airtel broadband though services and support may differ from place to place and the size of connections base as well. It is part n parcel of service providers and service users. Sometimes it is beautiful like roses and sometimes it pricks like thorn.
