I am using Airtel 1.5 year. speed sucks. this month I aishwaryasingh23 the bill on 14th april and they deduct all 50GB of my data on 20th April where I am the only user, I am a working woman and hardly use broad band for facebook and whatsapp purpose, never download any movie. hardly download 5, 6 mb video which come from whatsapp. in 6 days how come they deduct 50 GB data dont know. I called them and they ask me to drop a mail to 121@in.airtel.com not sure when they will come back to me and if come back whether they will give me back my data which I have not used yet. So I am planning the leave this connection.
