It has been 6 months Since I started(switched) using Airtel Broadband and I will surely say it was a very good decision to switch from tata docmo to Airtel as I got More value for money I paid below are the Pros of Airtel Broadband.
Pros:
1) 24 hours customer care service and responding to issues within max 48 hours from the time of raising complaints.
2) Attractive plans to choose from
3) Getting the exact speed as promised
4) No connection drops during browsing or downloading
5) Even the Wifi is working parallel as promised( I tried connecting my 3 mobiles and one tablet along with browsing).
I have suggested this to nearly 10 of my friends and they are also very happy with the service provided by Airtel. I would rate Airtel as the No 1 broadband service provider in India.
