When I was requesting to disconnection of my broadband service, that time airtel kept that is on safe custody, for 6 months no bill or any changes for the same.
After the 4 months to remove safe custody they have given good offer that no need to pay old bill payment will be discount, more 6 months bill you need to pay only will be 50% of 699 plan. Internet speed will be 15 Mbps and 30gb pee month . After the approval starting of new plan they have called continuousky and forcing me to pay the old outstandings, I informed about the plan and commitments of airtel care for the offer which they have given, they were not ready to listen, I mailed audio clip which I have discussed about the care fellow who had given me offer, they disconnected Net service, and now asking me to pay the bill. Which is clear cut 420 case .
