Airtel Broadband offers just average Internet Services. I have been using this broadband for about two years personally and feel that for the price it has been charging, the services could be much better. The upload speed is not good at all. Takes too long to upload anything. Download speeds are as mentioned in the brochure, but they too face problems at times. As a premium ISP I believe airtel should be more careful to provide its clients with better services and ensure customer satisfaction.
