Hi, I am from Kolkata & recently taken Airtel Broadband(last month 24th). When the salesman sold me a plan of 699 @ 4mbps & with a top-up facility of 100 GB @ Rs 300. After getting the connection when I called up the call-center to start the top-up of Rs 300 on 24th Jan itself, I came to know the top-up is Rs 400(Rs 100 dearer). The executive explained the rates have gone up! The same day I was told something else. In fact in another week the rate climbed to Rs 500 for 100 GB! Another hike in a week. Now for the crème-de-la-crème .
My new plan starts on 17th Feb, while perusing through their website looking for newer surprises(!) I came across a new plan available at Kolkata i.e. 50GB at 40mbps @ 1099. Duely I called their call-center & wanted to change my plan to this one & now the best surprise THESE GUYS ARE CLUELESS THIS PLAN EVEN EXIST!I emailed them a screenshot of the plan but they don't have the code! How can you advertise something even when your sales team is clueless it even exist! I haven't seen such an unprofessional way of doing business especially from a corporate in some time.
