I requested for a new broadband connection through online they responded immediately. But for giving connection they took around a week and before giving or checking connection in my area, they asked to pay an installation fee of Rs.500 which was supposed to be paid online immediately. I was informed that I will get connection within two working days. But, they never came for giving connection. They started saying reasons like connection is not available in your area. When asked them to refund my money, they said we will try to give connection give us some time. I waited even for a week. Three weeks have passed by, still I have not got my money back. So, I called the customer service for enquiry and they asked me to do few things and register for a complaint online. Even after registering complaint we must wait for next 45 days maximum for my money to get refunded. Very poor customer service, for 500rs I need to wait for 45days. So I request everybody not to pay the installation amount unless and until they check for availability in your area and giving proper connection.
