I feel this review is:
I have used airtel broadband for around an year and the experience was not that good. Yes, they provide you the router and the installation is free but the network is not great at all. They promise you to give 8mbps speed but you will receive only 500 kbps. When you call the customer care they ask you to tel the router number evrytime and you should have a laptop alongside you. If you say you don't have it then your issue will take 2-3 days to get resolved. If anyone from bangalore is reading this review then I would suggest not go with airtel broadband since it is costly compared to local providers.
