I was a user of Airtel Broadband for 1 years and I get very frustrated when I see the smart bytes page. Once your consumption crosses 80%, for every session the page appears prompting to buy additional usage. There is NO option to say "Continue with the current plan". I remember that option was present for first 2 months and they removed it intelligently.
The internet speed is good and constant as they mention. But all the plans are at a high price. I subscribe 800rs plan, after using 7gb of high speed, they reduce the speed to 512kbps. At least they should provide 1mbps.
Airtel has the worst service you don't even get what you paid for and you only have to waste your time to call customer care for Airtel broadband problem every single day. Airtel is the big name but worst than worst service.
