I am Airtel Broadband user since almost four years now. Here you get a LAnasultandline phone & a broadband combo. I have my wifi router connected which enabled all my gadgets and mobiles to remain connected all the time.
Rate and all is also OK. I aishwaryasingh23 roughly 850 per month for 60GB @ 16MBPS speed and Unlimited calling.
Since last couple of days, my landline phone stopped working. Today being saturday, it was off for me. Hence got some time to call Airtel call center and register complaint about it.
In 45 minutes of registering complaint, got a call from engineer confirming about someone's availability @ home.
In another 30 minutes, engineer arrived and fixed the issue immediately.
Overall, in 1 hour 15 minutes things were back in place.
This is far far better then what I was expecting.kudos to entire airtel team. Keep maintaining this service level.
