Hi I want to share some experience about Airtel broadband.
I am working as a ADMIN Manager taking care of EPABX in a financial institute with 20+ employees . We used XXXX Broadband in our office as we did't get proper guidance and customer support from them. So after getting good reviews from more persons I suggested Airtel.
Speed:
At first the internet speed is good. The payout also better.
But going forward we faced many issues in speed. So we requested to increase speed through mail but still the problem is not sorted.
Connection:
Frequent disturbance in connection.
Service and Support:
We raised the complaint immediately. They allotted separate Relationship manager. We tried Reaching him for 1 week he said that the relationship manager for your company is changed. We did't get any update from Airtel regarding the change of Relationship manager. Again we tried reaching customer care they sent the person for sorting the problem he informed that the connection line is not working in your company I am not the concern person to sort out this problem. Again we Informed to customer care they sent the service person they came and visit but they are not sorting out the issue. This issue is going on for past 3 months. Customer support they are responding but they are not giving the solution for the problems
No other go we disconnected Airtel.
