Very poor service in Bangalore. Once you log a complaint, the first action they take is to close it. Then you call customer care, they give you a new request number and it again gets closed without any action. Finally when you call nodal officer, you get another service request number. If you are lucky enough, you may get a solution for a simple problem in 20-25 days! This has happened several times in last one year. Oh, they are very prompt in charging fine if you don't pay bill on time though. I am planning to switch to Jio.
