AIRTEL WORST SERVICES EVER. FORFOT TO PROVIDE THE BASIC SERVICES & FOCUSING ON VAS BY COMPROMISING WITH BASIC PHONE SERVICES. ON 31JULY'17 MY SIM STOPPED WORKING AND WHEN I GET A NEW ONE FROM AIRTEL STORE IT DID NOT ACTIVATED, SECOND AND THIRD DID NOT WORK DUE TO AN INTERNAL BACK END TEAM WHO IS UNABLE TO TAKE ACTION TO ACTIVATE IT AND THE STATUS SHOWS "ACTIVATION PENDING". I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY THIRD SIM WORKING AND EVEN THE STORE MANAGER(Branch- Janak Park, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-64) SEEMS HELPLESS, HOPELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE TO HELP ME SINCE MORE THAN 14 DAYS NOW. WHAT A SHAME AND POOR SERVICES WHICH AIRTEL IS PROVIDING TO ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS WHO HAS 7 MOBILE CONNETIONS AND PLANNING TO PORT TO ANOTHER PROVIDER. NOT SURE WHEN MY SIM WOULD WORK TO REQUEST TO PORT WITH SUCH AN AWFULL RESPONSE.
