I have experienced worst service from this operator. It is the slowest network. Customer service is very poor. Hopeless service provider. I have raised a complaint to customer care but did not get fruitful results. Charges are too high. They did not even hear what I was talking about.
The bills are not sent without delay. Also they charges on postpaid extra which even not used by me. They charged me 100 rupees over 500 rupees plan said that as per other charges.
In certain areas service is not so good particularly in interior areas.
4G not working at all and total wastage of money.
Over all I am not satisfied.
