My Airtel 4G LTE connection is 9611645457. I have given my connection closure request on 24th June 2014 against SR no. 58645436. It has been 5 month but the connection is closure and Airtel is keep debiting charges(> Rs 3K per month) from my credit card.
It is easy money for Airtel.
Once this fraud came to my notice, I started following up with Airtel but there is no progress instead the charges are keep being deducted till today. I have escalated this matter to all possible channels. Interesting to notice that they promise to get response in 24hrs but the reality is hopeless.
They will delay closure connect all possible ways and keep charging from your credit card. If you raise complain, they will never commit about resolution date. I am victim of Airtel 4G LTE connection.
Airtel service and support is fraud including data speed. The Airtel executives are lazy, insensitive and unprofessional. My personal recommendation is to be careful with Airtel.
