I feel this review is:
I was using Arcel Mobile Operator till the end of 2016. Arcel is providing very weak network signals for which I can able to make calls properly even the it shows no service in the outskirt of Kolkata. I used to pay 399 INR in which I used to get 3000 minutes local call and 1 GB 3G internet which was expensive comparing other network. Sometimes Arcel charges for unknown deductions then I calls to customer care but they are nor fluent in English nor in Hindi and I cannot able to understand their language for which my complained cannot be solved by them. They also cannot able to explain me any offers which my number is availing. It tooks a lot to time to reach to a customer care. Since I had bad experience I have decided to disconnect Arcel connections.
