Hello,
Since last 6 years am using the Aircel Post Paid Network, am trying to migrate post paid to pre paid since last three years but am unable to change.
These people(customer service centre) not giving proper information and I gave migrated documents on 20th Feb 2017.
No update from service centre.
No information - I didn't get any msg(sms) regarding stasus.
Still it was in Post Paid.
