The worst network ever I have seen.my mom holding aircel postpaid, which she wants to convert to aircel prepaid since she needs the same number.we have been trying to change for the last 10 months, .and it's not done so far.we called the customer care, we went to 3, 4 service centers, .all are collecting the documents to do but they are they are not doing it, Pls pay this month bill also, .every month they will collect the documents to convert but it won't happen, we end up paying next bill unnecessarily. .we got frustrated and started shouting at the employees as well, .but they are so sarcastic and saying we cannot change if you wanna complain to someone, go ahead. .so rude.my mom being so old she walks every week now and then to show room, and get insulted and got frustated be of this.the worst service from any industry, .these people will do anything for money.I know our quit will never impact your business, you guys will will work as usual, but if u don't respect even a single customer who gave a little business and if u don't retain them and if u don't address their issues properly even though u don't give the solution you are a very big looser and selfish people.addressed politely. .Robert
