My name is Harsh Kamdar and my mobile number is 9768431141 and my service provider is Aircel.
After being with them for around 7 years and having paid all the bills, these people dont even let you port out.
When I made the first request to port out, they rejected it on the grounds of not paying the outstanding. hence I paid an amount much more than the outstanding.
Then again I poured the request to port out. This time the reason for rejection is some clause from the subscriber agreement which was not even told to me.
If this was the problem, why did they not inform when we had a conversation 3 times before pouring in the second request to port out.
Just bloughing the customers.
I am sure if customers of Aircel dont wake up and switch out early, it will be a real tough time to switch out in the need of hour.
I am going ahead to request the police to help me. Never go to aircel and do yourself a favor
